This summer, high school students will have the opportunity to experience life as a TSU research scientist. A total of 10 students from Nashville-area high schools (Hume-Fogg High School, Fayette-Ware High School, Northeast High School, and Whites Creek High School) will be coming to the TSU main campus to participate in research activities carried out by our faculty members. Four students from Warren County High School will work with faculty members at the TSU Nursery Research Center in McMinnville, TN. The School of Agriculture and Consumer Sciences provided assistantships to the high school students, who are either rising seniors or recent high school graduates with interest in the Agricultural Sciences, Consumer Sciences, or Food Sciences. |
